The human being of the twenty-first century is scientifically advanced but spiritually barren. Technology has transformed the earth into a “global village,” yet hearts have grown distant. What the world needs most today is peace — not the kind that survives under the shadow of weapons, but one that grows in the atmosphere of justice, love, and spirituality.
The world seems to have reached the pinnacle of progress, yet humanity has collapsed within. Science has given man intellect but deprived him of conscience. Information technology has erased physical distances but has built walls between human hearts. Every nation talks about “peace,” yet spends the largest share of its budget on arms. Every organization chants “human rights,” yet millions suffer from hunger, war, and injustice.
This contradiction reveals that today’s crisis is not merely political or economic — it is moral and spiritual. The world once again stands trapped in fear, uncertainty, and chaos. Nations intoxicated by power speak of peace while selling weapons. Man has reached the moon but has failed to bring peace to his heart.
At this very point, the eternal voice of the Qur’an calls humanity once more:
“يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً”
“O you who believe! Enter into peace, all of you.” — (Al-Baqarah: 208)
This verse is not merely a slogan but a manifesto of salvation for modern humanity. Islam does not regard peace as a temporary political need; it declares peace to be the very principle of life.
The True Concept of Peace in Islam
The word Islam itself is derived from Salam — meaning peace, goodness, and tranquility. Islam frees mankind not only from wars but also from fear, hatred, and enslavement to the self.
Worldly systems — whether capitalism or liberal democracy — may offer freedom, but they cannot offer inner satisfaction. Today, man possesses everything but his heart is empty; there is light everywhere, yet darkness within.
Islam teaches that peace is achieved when man submits to the will of Allah, when justice becomes the foundation of society, and when the rights of others are as dear as one’s own.
Justice: The Root of Peace
“إِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالإِحْسَانِ”
“Indeed, Allah commands justice and excellence.” — (An-Nahl: 90)
Islamic peace is not established by the sword but by justice.
Today, global powers wage wars in the name of “peace,” hiding economic greed and political domination behind their so-called peaceful agendas. Islam unmasks these contradictions and reminds the world that true peace arises not from power, but from justice.
Satanic Gradualism and Modern Misguidance
The Qur’an warns:
“وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ”
“And do not follow the footsteps of Satan.”
In today’s age, Satan appears wearing the cloak of ideologies — wrapped in seductive slogans like “freedom,” “progress,” and “modernity.” But behind these glittering words lies rebellion against God and alienation from the soul.
As Allama Iqbal insightfully said:
“The gods of the West are two — wealth and gold;
This temple knows not the spirit of Muhammad (PBUH)!”
The result is clear: humanity has reached material heights but fallen into the depths of moral decay.
Why the World Needs Islam
The growing crises of our time — moral collapse, economic inequality, and intellectual confusion — have proven that humanity has no lasting solution except Islam.
- Islam gives spiritual centrality.
It reminds the materialistic man that true peace lies only in the remembrance of Allah.
“أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ”
“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
- Islam ensures social justice.
Power and wealth are not the property of a few, but a trust for the whole community. - Islam teaches equality and brotherhood.
The Hajj is its living example — where race, color, and language all dissolve in unity. - Islam brings inner peace.
Faith frees man from both fear and greed.
The Qur’an’s Eternal Warning
“فَإِنْ زَلَلْتُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْكُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ”
“And if you slip after clear proofs have come to you, then know that Allah is Mighty and Wise.” — (Al-Baqarah: 209)
This verse reminds humanity that the path to peace is clear — deviation from it is not destiny but defiance. The world sought peace without Islam, and the result was two world wars, economic exploitation, psychological disorders, and the disintegration of families.
Islam seeks not to conquer the world with weapons but with character. It teaches that peace is born of faith, and faith is nurtured by justice.
If humanity truly seeks survival, it must embrace Islam’s eternal message:
“Islam is for peace — and peace is through Islam.”
پیغامِ امن اور عصرِ حاضر کے تقاضے

اکیسویں صدی کا انسان سائنسی لحاظ سے ترقی یافتہ، مگر روحانی لحاظ سے پسماندہ ہے۔ٹیکنالوجی نے زمین کو ایک عالمی گاؤں میں بدل دیا، مگر دلوں کے فاصلے بڑھا دیے۔آج دنیا کو جس چیز کی سب سے زیادہ ضرورت ہے، وہ ہے امن — ایسا امن جو صرف بندوقوں کے سائے میں نہیں، بلکہ انصاف، محبت اور روحانیت کی فضا میں پروان چڑھے۔دنیا بظاہر ترقی کی معراج پر ہے،مگر درحقیقت انسان اندر سے ٹوٹ چکا ہے۔سائنس نے انسان کو عقل دی، مگر ضمیر چھین لیا۔انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی نے فاصلوں کو مٹا دیا، مگر انسانیت کے درمیان دیواریں بلند کر دیں۔ہر ملک “امن” کی بات کرتا ہے،مگر اس کے بجٹ کا سب سے بڑا حصہ اسلحہ پر خرچ ہوتا ہے۔ہر تنظیم “انسانی حقوق” کے نعرے لگاتی ہے،مگر لاکھوں انسان بھوک، جنگ اور ناانصافی کا شکار ہیں۔یہ تضاد ثابت کرتا ہے کہ آج کی دنیا میں امن کا بحران دراصل اخلاقی و روحانی بحران ہے، نہ کہ صرف سیاسی یا معاشی۔دنیا ایک بار پھر خوف، بے یقینی، اور انتشار کی گرفت میں ہے۔طاقت کے نشے میں مست قومیں امن کی باتیں بھی کرتی ہیں، اور اسلحہ بھی بیچتی ہیں۔انسان نے چاند پر کمند ڈال دی، مگر اپنے دل میں سکون پیدا نہ کر سکا۔یہ وہ لمحہ ہے جب قرآن کی صدا ایک بار پھر انسانیت کو پکارتی ہے:
“يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ادْخُلُوا فِي السِّلْمِ كَافَّةً”
اے ایمان والو! اسلام میں پورے کے پورے داخل ہو جاؤ — البقرۃ: 208
یہ آیت آج کے انسان کے لیے نجات کا منشور ہے۔اسلام امن کو صرف ایک سیاسی یا وقتی ضرورت نہیں سمجھتا بلکہ اسے زندگی کا اصول قرار دیتا ہے۔
اسلام کا اصل تصورِ امن
اسلام کا لفظ ہی “سلام” سے ماخوذ ہے، یعنی امن، خیر اور سکون۔اسلام انسان کو صرف جنگوں سے نہیں، بلکہ خوف، نفرت، اور نفس کی غلامی سے بھی آزاد کرتا ہے۔
دنیاوی نظام — چاہے وہ سرمایہ داری ہو یا لبرل جمہوریت — انسان کو آزادی تو دیتے ہیں مگر اطمینان نہیں دیتے۔اس وقت انسان کے پاس سب کچھ ہے مگر دل خالی ہے،ہر طرف روشنی ہے مگر دل اندھیروں میں ہیں۔
اسلام کہتا ہے: امن اس وقت پیدا ہوتا ہے جب انسان اللہ کے حکم کے تابع ہو جائے،
جب عدل نظامِ حیات کا مرکز بن جائے،اور جب دوسروں کے حقوق اپنے جتنے عزیز لگیں۔
عدل: امن کی جڑ
قرآن اعلان کرتا ہے:
“إِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالإِحْسَانِ”
بے شک اللہ عدل اور احسان کا حکم دیتا ہے — النحل: 90
اسلام کا امن تلوار سے نہیں بلکہ عدل سے قائم ہوتا ہے۔آج عالمی طاقتیں “امن” کے نام پر کمزور قوموں پر چڑھ دوڑتی ہیں۔ان کے “پرامن ایجنڈے” کے پیچھے معاشی مفاد اور سیاسی تسلط ہے۔اسلام ان تضادات کو بے نقاب کرتا ہے اور یاد دلاتا ہے کہ امن طاقت سے نہیں، انصاف سے پیدا ہوتا ہے۔
شیطانی تدریج اور جدید گمراہی
قرآن خبردار کرتا ہے:
“وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ”
اور شیطان کے قدموں کے پیچھے نہ چلو۔
آج شیطان نظریات کے لباس میں آتا ہے —”آزادی”، “ترقی”، اور “جدیدیت” کے خوشنما الفاظ کے ساتھ۔لیکن ان کے پیچھے خدا سے بغاوت اور روح سے بیگانگی چھپی ہے۔
علامہ اقبالؒ نے مغربی تہذیب کے اس تضاد کو یوں بے نقاب کیا:
“تمدنِ مغرب کے خدا دو ہیں — مال و زر،
یہ بت کدہ ہے جہاں روحِ محمدؐ نہیں!”
نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ انسان نے مادّی بلندی تو حاصل کی مگر اخلاقی پستی کی دلدل میں اتر گیا۔
دنیا کو اسلام کی ضرورت کیوں ہے؟
دنیا کے بڑھتے بحران، اخلاقی زوال، معاشی تفاوت، اور فکری انتشار نے ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ انسان کے پاس اسلام کے سوا کوئی پائیدار حل نہیں۔
1. اسلام روحانی مرکزیت دیتا ہے۔
مادّہ پرست انسان کو یاد دلاتا ہے کہ سکون صرف ذکرِ الٰہی میں ہے۔
“أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ”
2. اسلام عدلِ اجتماعی فراہم کرتا ہے۔
طاقت اور دولت چند ہاتھوں کی نہیں، امت کی امانت ہے۔
3. اسلام مساوات اور اخوت سکھاتا ہے۔
حج اس کی عملی مثال ہے — جہاں رنگ، نسل، زبان، سب مٹ جاتے ہیں۔
4. اسلام دلوں میں امن پیدا کرتا ہے۔
ایمان خوف اور لالچ دونوں سے نجات دیتا ہے۔
قرآن کا ابدی انتباہ
“فَإِنْ زَلَلْتُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْكُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ”
اگر تم واضح دلائل کے بعد بھی ہٹ گئے تو جان لو کہ اللہ غالب اور حکمت والا ہے — البقرۃ: 209
یہ پیغام انسان کو یاد دلاتا ہے کہ امن کی راہ واضح ہے —اب بھٹکنا اپنی ضد ہے، تقدیر نہیں۔دنیا نے اسلام کے بغیر امن تلاش کیا،نتیجہ: دو عالمی جنگیں، معاشی استحصال، نفسیاتی بیماریاں، اور ٹوٹتے خاندان۔
اسلام دنیا کو ہتھیاروں سے نہیں، کردار سے فتح کرنا چاہتا ہے۔یہ ہمیں بتاتا ہے کہ
امن ایمان سے جنم لیتا ہے، اور ایمان عدل سے۔آج اگر انسانیت اپنی بقا چاہتی ہے تو اسےاسلام کے اس ابدی اصول کو اپنانا ہوگا:اسلام امن کے لیے ہے، اور امن اسلام سے ہے۔
